Answer: This website is created to help connect investors, buyers, sellers and companies that need funding.
What are the main advantages of being a member?
Answer: As a member, the person or organizations will be in our mailing list and notify of any new deals 3 days before the posting is put up on the website. This will give them a head start for any deals. The other advantage is that our in-house brokers may send out feeler to these members to co-broke mega deals.
How do I become a member?
Answer: Just click Contact Us in the main menu and send message to us.
Do I have to pay any membership fee?
Answer: During the promotional period, membership is free for 6 months. Thereafter, we charge a monthly fee of S$15 (quarterly billing).
What are the areas that I need to pay for my posting?
Answer: During the promotion period, all postings are free. Thereafter, pending the outcome of the review, the company may decide on a fee for “Business for sale”, “Investor wanted”, “Agents and Distributors” and “Special Deals” sections.
What are the other areas where posting is free?
Answer: Postings in the “Business wanted” and the “Mega Deal” sections are free.
